1998 - December:  The Forest Directorate of Lassithi, Region of Crete  assures us that our property does not retain any forest characterestics.

1999 - January:  The General Directorate for the Development and Protection of Forests and Natural Environment, Hellenic Ministry of Agriculture assures us that our property does not retain any forest characterestics.
         - February:  The Directorate of Civil Land, Hellenic Ministry of Agriculture approves the construction of an estate of approximately 640 decares by our Housing Co-operative.
         - July:  The Administrative Council issues an invitation to tender for the commission of the Urban Planning Report of the co-operative property.

2000 - April:  The Administrative Council decides to assign the report to the team represented by the Architect Mr Nondas Sarris. Also, the Directorate of Environment & Physical Planning, General Directorate for the Region, Region of Crete approves the layout of the New Residential Appropriateness of the property owned by the Housing Co-operative.
         - December:  The General Assembly members approve the designing of the Urban Planning Report by Mr Sarris’s team.

2001 - December:  The conveyances of the land that is within the housing estate and which is up to 636,853.31 decares are completed with the form of permanent contracts.  The land of 92,461.91  decares located outside the housing estate remains to the ownership of the Co-operative with the form of memorandums of agreement or notarial acts. This means that overall the Co-operative has acquired land within and outside the town plan of the village of 729,315.22 decares.

2002 - June:  The Lassithi Directorate of Local Government approves the development of a biological waste treatment system at the area of NISSA, MILATOS within the housing estate.
         - July: The Urban Planning Report is submitted to the Directorate of Urban Planning & Enviornment, Lassithi Perfecture for approval.
         - October:  The Department of Hydraulic & Reclamation Works, Directorate of Technical Services, Lassithi Perfecture approved our Report on the delimitation of stream in the eastern part of the Housing Co-operative. Also, the  Department B, Directorate of Policy Planning, General Directorate of Urban Planning, Hellenic Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works sends, in writing, its observations (amendments)  about the Urban Planning Report due to the changes in the Hellenic Urban Planning Legislation.
        - December:  The application regarding the processed sewage disposal and the environmental impact assessment are submitted to the Directorate of Health, Lassithi Perfecture for approval.

2003 - January:  The requested supplementary data (amendments) of the submitted Urban Planning Report are submitted to the Lassithi Perfecture.
         - February: Following the request of our Housing Co-operative, the Municipality of Neapoli assures us in writing that water will be supplied through the municipal supply network.
