As we have already informed you , the 13/10/2011 adopted after long efforts of the Board to join us in Article 24 of the ar.44410  Directorate of Urban Planning, Y. PEKA which means that we are able to proceed in the  following steps:

 The new Urban Planning with a new study of environmental effects (biological cleaning position etc.) where the final positions of the 633 shares will be defined.

 The final stage of studies follows. That is the study of the application of the Urban Planning on the ground, as well as the studies of infrastructure i.e. full implementation of the Urban Planning of the Cooperatives’ land (road construction, water supply, drainage, lighting, biological cleaning etc.)

After that approval   we will  be  ready to start infrastructure projects. As you can see we are in the substance  to perform the work and achieve the goal. So you should pay direct your financial obligations. After we have unblocks of state mechanisms, we should not be the obstacle by own, delaying the completion of our purpose.

So those who have financial obligations should pay them directly for the proper functioning of our partnership.
