STATUTORY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
SECONDARY HOUSING CO-OPERATIVE OF THE TRADERS OF THE
PREFECTURE OF HERAKLION Co-op Ltd.

To all the members of the Secondary Housing Co-operative of the Traders of the Prefecture of Heraklion

Ladies and Gentlemen,

You are invited to attend the Statutory General Assembly held at the Labor’s Conference Center, located at 10, Dimoktratias Avenue, on Monday 3/11/2014 17:00 pm. because we have to modify all the articles of Association according to L.4030 / 2011 (Article 39 paragraph 14), as amended by L.4067 / 2012 (Article 31 para 3 1) and the Law 4223/2013 (Article 36) .

Given that the attendance of at least absolute majority 50+1 of the total Co-operative members is required for the General Assembly to be legally constituted and given the fact that this attendance number is difficult to be achieved on the above mentioned date, the General Assembly will finally be held the following Monday on 10/11/2014 , at the same place and at the same time but where it is needed again the absolute majority in accordance with Article 41 of the present Statute.

Amendments to the Statutes in accordance with the provisions of L.4030 / 2011 (Article 39 paragraph 14), as amended by L.4067 / 2012 (Article 31 para 3 1) and the Law 4223/2013 (Article 36)

If it is not possible to amend the Statutes in accordance with the provisions of these laws there is a serious risk of dissolution of the Partnership and loss of property which will come to the Greek State.
