Dear Members,
We inform you that in accordance with the provisions of the low4030/2011 (article 39 paragraph 14), as it has amended with the low 4067/2012 (article 31 par.3ο 1) and the low 4223/2013 (article 36) and in conformity with the opinion of the Legal Council of the State we are obliged to amend all the articles of our statute until November 20th 2014.
To take decision by the Constitutive Genera l Assembly, the absolute majority that is 50+1 of the registered members is required .
If the modification of our statute and its accordance with the provisions of the above laws does not commence, there is a serious danger of dissolution of our cooperative and loss of its property which will devolve to the Greek State. For this reason we request you are all there, otherwise as was already reported the cooperative is dissolved and together the efforts and money we all have allocated.
In the event of impediment you can be represented with a representative that is fixed with a notarial attorney according to the article 21 of our statute.

With regard to the result of the questionnaires sent to you with the previous informative letter, from the 631 registered members215 answered with 112 proposal A, 31 proposal B and 72proposal C.
Based on the above results the Council advanced in the proclamation of work of study of Application, which delimits the portions so that we can advance in their draw.
As we have also reported in the previous letter, the final Environmental study has been approved by ΕΥΠΠΕ of ΥΠΕΚΑ. We have taken preliminary approval of Urban Study and by the date of the Genera l Assembly we hope that we will have taken its final approval.
Our next effort is to take the decision of ratification of Urban Study from the Territory Council. Afterwards we can advance legally in the draw of the plots in an extraordinary General Assembly.
In order that we the A.C., can pay the above study (which is essential for the delimitation of the plots, otherwise they cannot be shared) you must pay at least a part of your dept, otherwise neither the present A.C. nor the new one, which will result from the elections of November 10th , 2014, will have the force to continue since in this case also the cooperative is dissolved and its fortune is devolved to the Greek Public. For your participation in the draw it is essential that you have paid your dept.
Having the charge of responsibility for the protection of interests of the total of the cooperative, we are in the difficult position to say that members that will not respond after a written notice of their dept will afterwards be erased according to the article 15 of our statute.
Because of the importance of the situation, your presence on 10/11/2014 is essential.

ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
SECONDARY HOUSING CO-OPERATIVE OF THE TRADERS OF THE
PREFECTURE OF HERAKLION

To all the members of the Secondary Housing Co-operative of the Traders of the Prefecture of Heraklion

Ladies and Gentlemen,

You are invited to attend the Ordinary General Assembly held at the Labor’s Conference Center, located at 10, Dimoktratias Avenue, on Μonday 03/11/2014 at 18:00 p.m.

Given that the attendance of at least three fourths (¾) of the total Co-operative members is required for the General Assembly to be legally constituted and given the fact that this attendance number is difficult to be achieved on the above mentioned date, the General Assembly will finally be held the following Monday on 10/11/2014, at the same place and at the same time. Then the Assembly will compulsorily commence its work regardless of the number of the members that will be attending (article 20 of the Charter).

Everyone’s attendance on the 10th November 2014 is compulsory.
